Accident-damaged vehicles need careful handling. Wheels might not turn, suspension can be broken and fluids may be leaking. We use winching and wheel equipment suited to damaged vehicles, so nothing is dragged or made worse.
Before loading, we photograph the vehicle to record its condition, which is useful for your insurer. Then we take it wherever it needs to go: your home, a garage you trust, or the repairer your insurer names.

- Switch on your hazard lights.
- On a motorway, leave by the left-hand doors and wait behind the barrier, away from traffic.
- If you're on a smart motorway with no hard shoulder and can't reach an emergency area, call 999.
- Wear a hi-vis vest if you have one, and don't try repairs next to moving traffic.

What should I do straight after an accident?
