Do you have a garage or tyre centre I can visit?
No. TyreAid UK is a fully mobile service. We come to you at your home, your workplace or the roadside, so there's no address to find and nowhere you need to drive to.
What areas do you cover?

Do you supply and fit new tyres?
Yes. We supply premium, mid-range and budget tyres and fit them at your home, workplace or the roadside.
Can you repair a puncture?
Often, yes. A puncture in the central part of the tread can usually be repaired. Punctures in the sidewall or shoulder can't be repaired safely, so the tyre needs replacing.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and the time of day. Tell us your location and we'll give you an estimated arrival time.
What vehicles do you work on?
Cars, vans, 4x4s and commercial vehicles.
Can you recover my vehicle to a garage of my choice?
Yes. We can recover your vehicle to your home, a garage of your choice or another destination.
I've run out of fuel. Can you help?
Yes. We'll bring enough petrol or diesel to get you to the nearest fuel station.
How do I find my tyre size?
It's printed on the tyre's sidewall, for example 205/55 R16 91V. It's also in your handbook and often on a sticker inside the driver's door. See our tyres page for how to read it.
What should I do while I wait?
Turn on your hazard lights. On a motorway, get out by the left-hand doors and wait behind the barrier. If you're on a smart motorway with no hard shoulder and can't reach an emergency area, call 999.

Is the call-out charge refundable?
No. The call-out charge is non-refundable once a technician has been sent to you, including if you cancel or the problem is sorted before we arrive. If we cancel or can't attend, we refund it in full. See our terms.
